1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup fat free milk
2 teaspoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
